CE Credit Requests

Planning to host a course in your office and need to provide credits? Fill out the form below and someone will get back to you.

IMPORTANT: As of February 8, 2022, a $25.00 will be implemented for all non-members requesting credits. Invoices will be submitted via email. Payment is expected before approval.

Requests for CE credits need to be submitted to the RIDA a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the course/event. To submit a request, please fill out this form in it's entirety.
